The manual clerk operations at the Mid-C P&DC will be done away with in the coming weeks. The mail from the manual operation will be worked on the USS machine. The staffing for the USS machine will be clerks and mail handlers.
    UPDATE: Suspect shot by EPPD officers dies

    Police say the man shot by El Paso Police officers Monday morning has died. He has been identified as 25-year-old Louis Jose Burrus. Burrus was in critical condition after he was shot just before 5:00 a.m. Monday on the 2900 block of Trawood Drive, near George Dieter Drive.
